River dredging and dehydration separation system
The river dredging and dewatering system is used for the separation of sludge and sewage for river dredging. The dredging and dewatering system consists of a drilling fluid shaker, a desander, a drilling fluid desilter, and a decanter mud centrifuge. Based on different situations, 3-6 stage separation systems can be selected. The river dredging and dewatering system has various capacity models: 120m³/h, 240m³/h, 500m³/h, 1000m³/h, 1500m³/h, 2000m³/h.
Workflow of river dredging and dredging sludge dewatering, purification and separation system
1. The sludge enters the sludge separation system from the dredging vessel or transition tank.
2. Passing through shale shaker in the first stage to remove debris and bulk solids. Debris may include: grass, roots, leaves, cans, plastic, rags and bottles. Solids with larger size will be removed (this part of the separated particles is determined by the selected screen mesh).
3. The solids whose size is smaller than the mesh of the first-stage shale shaker will fall into an independent bin of the tank with the mud and wait for the centrifugal pump to extract.
