Working principle and advantages of mud shale shaker
The mud shale shaker works by using the reciprocating rotary vibration produced by the vibrator. The upper rotary hammer of the vibrator makes the screen surface produce plane rotary vibration, while the lower rotary hammer makes the screen surface produce cone rotary vibration. The combined effect makes the screen surface produce double rotary vibration. Its vibration trajectory is a complex space curve. The projection of the curve is a circle in the horizontal plane and an ellipse in the vertical plane. The amplitude can be changed by adjusting the exciting force of the up and down rotating weights. By adjusting the space phase angle of the upper and lower weights, the curve shape of the motion track of the screen surface can be changed, and the motion track of the material on the screen surface can be changed.
Mud shale shaker is a kind of filterable mechanical separation equipment for solid phase treatment of mud, which is composed of screen and vibrator. The thickness of the screen is expressed by mesh, generally less than 50 mesh is coarse screen, and more than 80 mesh is fine screen. The vibrator is an eccentric wheel, which rotates under the drive of the motor to make the sieve frame vibrate. Due to the vibration of the screen frame, when the mud flows to the screen surface, the coarse solid particles stay on the screen surface and are discharged from one end along the inclined plane. The fine solid particles and mud liquid flow together through the screen hole to the mud pit.
