Preventive measures for rupture and perforation of high frequency vibrating screen and Drilling Fluid Shale Shaker supplier in China
After the high-frequency vibrating single-layer screen (vibrating screen for short) of the Drilling Fluid Shale Shaker was used for some time at work, it was found that its polyurethane screen (screen for short) was frequently broken and perforated, and 18 sheets were updated within six months. After on-site inspection, it was found that the replaced old screens were all broken and perforated along the direction of the ribs, and mainly along the direction of the narrow ribs.
Vibrating screen structure.
This type of vibrating screen consists of a frame, a left screen frame, a Drilling Fluid Shale Shaker right screen frame, a polyurethane supporting beam (referred to as supporting beam), a screen, an above-screen ore powder collection bucket, an under-screen ore powder collection bucket, a vibration motor and an electrical control screen It consists of 9 parts. The screen is installed on the supporting beam, and one screen is installed on the upper, middle and lower supporting beams; the Drilling Fluid Shale Shaker supporting beam is in contact with the reinforcing ribs on the screen to support the screen; the mesh size of the screen is 0.30~ 0.60mm, it needs to be configured according to the beneficiation process and grinding classification requirements.
(1) Unreasonable design of Drilling Fluid Shale Shaker screen reinforcement.
The Drilling Fluid Shale Shaker screen has 7 longitudinal narrow stiffeners and 6 longitudinal wide stiffeners, and the rupture and perforation positions of the screen are mostly at the position of the 7 longitudinal narrow stiffeners. We found that the narrow reinforcing ribs of the screen mesh are narrower than the supporting beams, and do not completely coincide with the supporting beams. Analysis believes that the support beam is wider than the screen reinforcement, which can directly wear the screen mesh and cause the screen to accelerate rupture and perforation.
(2) Failure to replace worn support beams in time
We found that after the support beam has been used continuously for 2 years, sharpening, deflection and unevenness appear after wear, and the sharpened part is like a knife edge. Analysis believes that when the vibrating screen vibrates at high frequency, the sharpened, deviated and uneven support beams will continuously impact, wear, and cut the ribs of the screen, causing the screen to rupture and perforate prematurely.
(3) Problems with mine cloth
According to observations, there are phenomena such as uneven distribution of ore feed, excessive ore feed drop, and excessive ore feed flow during the production process. If the ore cloth is unevenly distributed by the screen, it may cause excessive local stress on the screen mesh; if the feed drop exceeds 300mm or the feed flow is too strong, the impact on the screen will be greater. The above problems will cause the screen to exceed the design load and carrying capacity, leading to premature rupture and perforation of the screen.
(4) Unstable screen quality
This kind of screen is made of polyurethane material and is mass produced by mould casting process. Due to changes in the proportion of ingredients, fluctuations in the forming temperature, and differences in the quality of the operators, the quality of the screen may be unstable, resulting in a reduction in the wear resistance, flex resistance and load carrying capacity of the screen.
(5) Improper installation of the Drilling Fluid Shale Shaker screen
The screen is tensioned and fixed by the bolts on the left and right sides of the screen frame. The screen is installed on the supporting beam. The 13 reinforcing ribs of the screen should be completely consistent with the 13 supporting beams. If the extension length of the bolts on the left and right sides of the screen is improperly adjusted when the screen is installed, the screen stiffener will be misaligned with the support beam, and the contact between the stiffener and the support beam will reduce the support area, and the screen will be affected. The pressure will increase, which will cause rupture and perforation at the junction of the screen mesh and the narrow reinforcement. In addition, if the tension of the screen is too large when the bolts are tightened, it will cause the screen to have a large prestress, and it will also cause the Drilling Fluid Shale Shaker screen to rupture and perforate prematurely.
