RL Solids Control Desander Description:

Hydrocyclone Desander  is 2nd phase mud process equipment in solids control system. According to the size of hydrocyclones, there are devided into desilter and desander. The hydrocyclone's size is more than 6" belongs to desilter. The common using one is8",10" and 12" in the real drilling site. the separation size is 47-76μm. The hydrocyclone number on each set is different. Usually we arranged 2 cones. According to users' flow rate treating, it can be designed as requirement and all connected with ball valves control flow rate. Thus can adjust in the real working site.

The bottom shaker can be configured or not. Below is the desander without the bottom shale shaker.

If it contains the bottom shaker, the common size is one pc of soft hook shaker screens with 200mesh size. We  also  can  design desander with large bottom shale shaker, such as RLS703L, RLS603L etc. RLCSQ seriesHydrocyclone desander is 2nd solids control equipment.
