1. Turbine mud tank agitators.

Turbine mud mixer is an important and commonly used main type of mixer in the management of drilling fluid mixing. The structure of turbine agitator can be divided into two types: open type and disc type. Curved blade means that the blade can be bent in the direction of social flow development, which can reduce the power consumption of the system, and is suitable for continuous stirring of some fluids containing fragile solid particles.

2. Spiral mud tank agitators.

It is often used for low viscosity fluids, suitable for low viscosity and large flow rate, and the good shearing effect is not large, so it belongs to the circulating agitator.

The blade is made of flat steel and fixed on the hub by welding or bolts. The number of blades is 2, 3 or 4. The blade form can be divided into two types: straight blade type and hinge type. The paddle agitator is mainly used for the circulation of the fluid. Since the power consumption of the hinged agitator is smaller than that of the flat agitator under the same displacement, more axial flow blades are used. The so-called axial flow blade means that the main discharge direction of the blade is parallel to the stirring shaft. Paddle agitators can also be used to agitate high viscosity fluids and facilitate up and down exchange of fluids instead of expensive belt impellers.
