1. The bearing radial clearance is too small

Drilling shaker screens If the radial clearance of the bearing is too small, it will cause the bearing to wear and heat up, mainly because the bearing is carrying a large load, the frequency is high, and the load is constantly changing.

Solution: It is recommended that the bearing adopts a large clearance. If it is a bearing with a normal clearance, the outer ring of the bearing can be ground to a large clearance.

2. The bearing gland is too tight

There needs to be a certain gap between the gland of drilling shaker screens and the outer ring of the bearing, so as to ensure the normal heat dissipation of the bearing and a certain amount of axial movement.


Solution: If the top of the bearing gland is too tight, it can be adjusted by the gasket between the end cover and the bearing seat, and it can be adjusted to a suitable gap.

3. Too much or too little bearing oil, polluted or inconsistent oil quality

The lubrication system can ensure the normal operation of the drilling shaker screens bearing, prevent foreign matter from intruding and sealing, and can also remove frictional heat, reduce friction and wear, and prevent the bearing from heating up too high. Therefore, during production, we must ensure the amount of vibrating screen bearing grease And quality.
Solution: The bearing box needs to be refueled regularly according to the equipment usage requirements to avoid too much or too little oil. If there is a problem with the oil quality, it needs to be cleaned, replaced and sealed in time.
