How should we avoid these problems and make adjustments in time?
1. The tension of the oilfield shale shaker is not enough, which causes the screen to vibrate. This is usually a fracture or damage along the edge of the screen or at the hemming bead. In general, in this case, as long as the screen is installed flat, the screen should not be mechanically damaged during use. The vibrating screen can prolong the service life and reduce the damage of the vibrating screen too quickly.
2. The quality of oilfield shale shaker is substandard. The screen generally has an upper screen layer and a lower force layer, and the two layers are required to be closely fitted. If the pre-tensioning process of the screen is poor, when the force layer at the bottom of the screen is tight, the screen layer will be closed. If there is no tension, the throwing force of the drill cuttings will be greatly reduced during operation, resulting in the screen being unable to discharge the drill cuttings. Only by choosing big brands and manufacturers with reliable quality, can the working efficiency and service life of the screen be maximized.
3. The vibration motor turns wrong. When debugging the steering of the vibration motor, the on-site operators believed that as long as the drill cuttings moved forward based on the previous experience of using the oilfield shale shaker, this method is not suitable for the translational elliptical vibrating screen. If the motor rotates inward by mistake, although the projection angle is also forward, the drill cuttings have the force to roll backwards. At this time, the forward movement speed of the drill cuttings is much slower, and they stay on the screen for a long time, which may even lead to drilling. Chips cannot be expelled.
