Before installing the agitator, check the rotation direction of the stirring wheel. Looking down from the top of the tank, the stirring wheel should rotate clockwise. When the rotation direction is wrong, there is a turning sign nailed above the coupling shield, and the arrow of the turning sign is consistent with the rotation direction of the stirring wheel.
The L-CKE/P heavy load worm gear/worm oil should be injected into the reducer at 220~320#(when the ambient temperature is -30~40℃) or 320~460#(when the ambient temperature is 25~65℃) with the oil level visible above the center of the oil mark (red dot) and the small cone plug on the ventilator should be removed. See the main technical parameter table for the approximate oil filling amount of the reducer of each type of agitator. After 100 hours of first use, clean the inside and replace it with new oil, and change the oil every 2500 hours thereafter. When the agitator is running, the operator and relevant personnel should pay attention to safety to prevent the stirring blade from causing personal injury to the installation and maintenance personnel in the tank.
