Recently, three developers of Sinopec Machinery Research Institute were invited to Zhongyuan Oilfield, and training was carried out on the newly revised oilfield equipment management information system. The training contents mainly include equipment basic information, operation record, report form, equipment repair, lubrication, malfunction and other function modules, equipment change, maintenance, oil and water flow module. Zhongyuan Oilfield Company, Zhongyuan Exploration Bureau and Zhongyuan Engineering Company belong to more than 320 units engaged in equipment maintenance and management, and participate in training in 8 classes in two phases.
Oilfield equipment management information system is oriented to the group company, which is developed independently by Sinopec Machinery Research institute. It covers more than 10 aspects of equipment plan, selection, procurement acceptance, operation maintenance, repair, renovation, security, cost and benefit analysis, can realize the equipment management from data acquisition, data processing, statistical analysis, report to the student information query, information dissemination process of information network, can to meet the needs of the oil system equipment information dynamic management effectively. The system has been widely applied in Shengli Oilfield, Jiangsu oilfield, Southwest Petroleum Bureau, southwest oil and gas branch company, northwest oil field branch company, Yanchang Petroleum and other units.
The revision, which lasted nearly 2 years, aims to meet the needs of IE browser upgrades and user cross platform applications. The revised equipment management information system will be popularized and applied in the more than 20 bureau level units of the group company.
