Why can't American Oil and Gas producers all get together, and shut in till prices come back up? No one is making a profit at this low price, and the Americans are all acting like children wanting Russia and other countries and OPEC to curb production. If OPEC can flood the market with product, why can't they starve the market temporally? U.S.A uses 19 million bbls a day. (According to EIA) U.S.A produces 9 million bbls a day.
